Operations Committee Chairs

Steve Naglack is currently an Area Manager for the Edw C. Levy Company at the Levy Indiana Steel Mills. Prior to this role, he held managerial and supervisory positions in two steel mill operations in Fort Wayne. Before joining Edw C. Levy Company, Steve served over 20 years in the United States Air Force, primarily as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Mechanic, ultimately achieving the rank of Detachment Chief for the Air Education and Training Command. He has earned an Associate’s degree in Aerospace Ground Equipment and another in Instructor of Technology and Military Science from the Community College of the Air Force, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business Management from the University of Mount Olive in North Carolina.

Will Conley is the current Site manager for Gerdau Charlotte, NC. for TMS international.  He started as an equipment operator at the Middletown, OH scarfing division in June of 2006 working my way up as a department manager for the Green Coil operations then promoted to Day manager for the Middletown Scarfing division.  In June of 2013 he was promoted to the role Site manager for Gerdau Jackson, MI. then transferred to the startup of Gerdau Charlotte, NC. in May of 2014.  Will has been a member of the NSA since 2016.
